To inform you that i again faced the problem in my samsung handset's (Grand Quattro)
Hardware within the same month. This time i am facing problem in headphone's keys as
It is working properly. On facing this preblem i rushed to your samsung service
Center on 29/10 they kept my devive for 5 days and returned back to me on
02/11 at 7.00 pm assuring me that the problem has been solved, but still i faced
The same problem and immediately infromed your customer care at 9.00 pm same day
Regarding the same but there is no results till today.
Now i would like to state that please replace my device as early as possible, as you
Assured me that if i face any such problem in the device, the device will be
Replaced.
Also i would like to inform you that if i will be harrassed like this i will not sit
Peacefully and take a legal action against your company and lodge a complaint in
Consumer court finally.
