I contacted sears on 11-28, they offered an appt on 11-29 between 8 am and noon, they said I would get an email confirmation of the appt. No email so at 9 am I called to confirm since I called to go into work late. They now said they would not arrive till 1pm to 5pm, I then was disconnected 3 times trying to get information about rescheduling. Waited all afternoon, caled again and they indicated tech would arrive by 5:30PM. No one arrived, I called at 6PM and they hung up on me because I was loud... Loud yes, but I just lost a days pay and still have a broken washer. The representative offered a $10 gift card... Are you kidding? I lost a days pay and it is worth a hole lot more than that. Tonight I rescheduled for Tuesday, still no appt confirmation
