Sale confirmed then denied, PayPal limited and bank accounts overdrawn

Ebay and PayPal both confirmed my sell, which and returned cost my item to not sell, my shipping label and my bank accounts to overdraft, which is the above amount. Then they both said they didn't send me no info confirming my sale. Which i did save, not to mention both account reported fraudulent activity. Now my PayPal is limited, which in turn, some how, some way my bank accounts were showing activity that overdrawn to the amount said above.
