Money from six auction sales withheld unless shipping label used

I lost my job on July 19th, and I have been unemployed for over a month with no money coming in. So I decided to sell some stuff on eBay that just sits around in my apartment. I sold six items, and they paid through PayPal.
PayPal will not give me my money until I use eBay's shipping label, which costs extra money. I do not have the money to ship the products that I sold, because PayPal will not let me have the money that I made with my auctions. I have no money. Do not use PayPal and do not use eBay: they will not give you the money you made on your auctions unless you use eBay's shipping label, which costs extra money.
