Three family accounts frozen and eBay sales funds seized

PayPal froze the accounts of my mother, my sister and myself, accusing us of being related to an unknown account in bad standing.

We did what we were instructed to do to remove the restrictions, but it did not change anything. They keep telling us to sign into our accounts, go through the checklist and complete what is being asked of us. There is nothing there different from what we already did!

They don't answer emails. When we call, they tell us that we have to clear the "other" account. We have no knowledge of any other account, and we have no other accounts!

We were selling on eBay and had collected a fair amount, which was being banked in PayPal. They emailed us all and told us that because of "increased activity" in our accounts, they were seizing the funds because they suspected fraud.

We never got our money. They stole it, and there is no way for us to get it from them. They are a brick wall!
