Poor Delivery Service

I've been waiting for about 9 days now for my package to come in. Still nothing. Their tracking system doesn't update quickly. My package was in Ohio for about 3 days, then in Wisconsin for 2 days. Now it says its sitting in Illinois "In transit" and has been there for 2 more days. It's horrible that they allow delivery to be so slow and have packages sit in one spot for upwards of 3 days. UPS definitely gets the job done quicker, at least for me.
