I ordered two new phones from Verizon. They were shipped out on Thursday (5-16) at the same time from the same place, and the shipping service was supposed to be FedEx 2-Day. According to tracking, they both arrived at the local FedEx facility in Linthicum, MD (only two and a half miles from my house) at 7:01 AM on Friday. However, the estimated delivery date is 5-20 (Monday), but they clearly could have gotten to me that day. About a half hour later, the tracking updated again and under it, it stated "Package not due for delivery." I don't understand why I should have to wait until Monday to get my packages that are only about two miles from my house. As far as I can tell, they just didn't feel like bothering with them, so my packages sat there all day and I now have to wait until Monday for them. I even called their customer service center, so they checked on the packages but told me I couldn't pick them up. Apparently, 2 days in FedEx time is actually 5 regular days. I doubt they'll even bother to look at any of these reviews anyway, considering how bad their service is already, but at least others will know. So thanks, FedEx, for your crappy service.
