Washer part sat at St. Louis facility for 5 days

I ordered a washer part for my broken Maytag that was to be delivered the next day. I used the tracking number provided, and it said it was delivered to my St. Louis delivery facility at 4:30 A.M. on that Friday. It did not arrive. On Monday, the tracking number said "out for delivery." Nope. Same thing on Tuesday. I called FedEx. They said they would send a message to that facility. I called the appliance people, who also said they would contact them.

Finally, six days later, it was delivered at 6 P.M. They called me, as I requested, to explain, "It just got overlooked." It sat there for 5 days! "I'm sorry" just does not cut it. Six days without a washer is a disaster at my house. It will take forever to catch up on the laundry!
