I was on a month to month plan when I told them I was paying too much on my monthly payments. They offered me a $49.00 monthly plan, but I had to sign a 2 year contract. I signed and soon, my monthly fees were up to $73.00- $81. Again. Also, I had requested my telephone to be change and they gave me a phone number of another city nearby. This was a big problem with me. They're reasoning was they didn't have local numbers at the time. I canceled my contract and now I have to pay them $200.00 for breaking the contract?
