Fedex does not deliver on time - EVER - Shipping by Fed EX

I have been using Fedex, they do not ever deliver on time, they do not tell you when their hub is down and cannot deliver. Absolutely horrible because they do not offer any fixes, they do not offer to ship or discount shipped items that do not make their destination on time.
