On my 9/10 telephone bill they are charging me for something i did not order. (ESPN GamePlan @121.00 payment 1 of 4) Jeremy Woodward told me he could not take it off of my bill. He said i could look at it if i wanted to because he was not going to remove it. This happened about three years ago
and they removed it with no problem. They claim that they sent me a notice, I informed him that i have never received any kind of notice. I have never ordered the GamePlan. This was the supervisor that i spoke to.
I would appreciate it if you could help me because i refuse to pay for something that i did't order.
