My Verizon telephone bill includes a $15.62 monthly charge under ESBI from BLVD Network LLC for Electronic Fax Mo Fee of $14.95 plus. 67 tax. No one authorized this or wanted it or uses it. I can only wonder how long this has been on my bill (I have 4 separate telephone bills) without my noticing it.
Too, I wonder how many others have been billed for services they did not order and have not notice the charges. Consumer protection would warrant requiring Verizon to verify that a customer ordered a service before just billing it or at least including a bold notice with the bill.
