Look Out America Billing Practices will cost you money if you do not review your Verizon Telephone Bill

In our September telephone bill I also notice a charge for SVC Setup of $50.00 and an additional 24.95 for the monthly fee from Echurch Network Service.

We purchased our business in November from another coporation so we decided to keep the same phone number for the conveince of our customers.

A call was placed to the number on the Verizon bill and I spoke with a woman by the name of "Allison." When I asked "Allison" who authorized these charges she replyed with the coporate name of the previous owners and the name of "Their Employee."

Needless to say "Allison" became very argumentive so I asked her if she had an employee number. She said no and did a quick click.

I then called Verizon and spoke with a woman by the name of TAMARA who was very helpful. Tamar reversed the charges back to ILD / Echurch Networks and offered me a bill blocker.

The bill blocker will not allow anyone to place additional charges on your Verizon bill unless authorized by you.in other words you have to call Verizon and request clearance.

This Echurch company must review old telephone records and cast a judgment call on which companies to slam.

Sorry "Allison" I read my Verizon Bill.
