Direct tv ESPN Gameplan ripoff

My boyfriend and I ordered the ESPN Gameplan from Direct TV, but have never been able to recieve it. We used my boyfriends credit card, it is now listed under my account, can't remove it... Thank god the card has been cancelled from what I have read here, or they would probably start charging it for whatever.
Anyway, we haven't been able to recieve the gameplan. Called customer support and tried to get it working with support, and tech services, and thought it was functioning. They don't send you any info on channels to watch, or how to get the schedule. Anyway, a couple weeks into the season we notice it's not working after all. So we called to cancel and get a refund. We were told there were no refunds once the season started. I asked how the hell you were supposed to know if the service worked or not b4 the season started, but never did get an answer for that. So we are paying $115 for something we can't even view, and can't get our money back. I send in an email from their website complaining of this, and asking how you can tell if it's working b4 it's even telecasting, and stated I wanted to talk to a supervisor, that I wanted a call back from one. Haven't heard a thing, and after checking this site, doubt I ever will.
I'm appalled the FCC lets them conduct business in this way. I worked for Verizon for 23 years, and we certainly handled out customer complaints in an entirely different manner, just can't believe they get away with this.
I'm also very sorry to hear I signed a contract, when I was led to believe all I was doing was signing that the reciever and service had been installed, there was never any mention of a contract when I signed up through Qwest, or from the contract installer at the time I signed.
I should have stayed with Dishnetwork, never had a problem with them over all the years I had them, and only changed cause of the bundling and pricing I could get through Qwest. Someone needs to start a class action suit against these people.
