Do Not Use Them

First I dealt with a wonderful woman who explained the whole process in detail. She even had a designer sketch a cover to see if it would meet my needs. First after it was copy edited I found close to one hundred mistakes and things that were changed from my original MS. It took several phone calls and I finally got it edited again. My cover design is extremely simple and the 2 galleys they did were not even close to what I asked for. I was told they could only choose from what they had on file & a sketch was out of the question? I paid additional and hired my own designer who came up with exactly what I wanted. When I got it back the designers had changed it! They changed my photo so it was a grainy close up, changed the border, the spine and the colors. I am still waiting for it to come back with the original design. I would NEVER recommend this company.
