Text message at 2:30 am advising that the service was not available. Due to past due amount. Four units on family account. The account had a disputed charge which was under going a review after a number of phone contacts and visits to the local store.By the service contractor.
As instructed the bill had been paid pending the review. The account has been in place for 10 years with no complaints. The business model does not provide for customers to speak with person (only computers) who have authority to resolve issues. This is not the platform for persons of wealth to conduct business.

Further I have been attempting too send two photos for the past two days the result, "FAILED ALL CONNECTIONS ARE BUSY"

UPGRADES BY FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE EXTENDED THE CONTRACT SO IT IS a COST TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR ME TO LEAVE THE PLAN.
I DO NOT DO CONTRACTS FOR phone or TV service. Maybe that is why my net worth is beyond $ 1,000, 000.00.
A up front discount on a phone upgrade is recovered, by adding the discount to the cost of the long term contract. Folk who fail to understand this will never have financial success.
T-MOBILE is not good for me. Say AARP no contract.
