Overcharged on room rates - Travel Services

Travelocity overcharged me boy $157.00 on a 3 night stay. When I called to ask them about it and to get information on their best price guarantee I was told that the they would not refund the difference because this is their profit! The hotel provided me with a receipt and told me what I would have paid had I called them instead. Plus when I called Travelocity.com all of the customer service reps spoke with an Indian accent and broken English which was VERY hard to understand. They got at ME when I told them I could not understand them and asked them to repeat things. I am very disappointed in Travelocity and will NEVER use them again. I would recommend anyone considering using them to look elsewhere where you would likely get a better deal.
