Over charging

I booked a room through Travelocity and was told they were giving me the best price. Not!!! My receipt from the hotel said 88.75 but when I checked my account I was charged 106.11. I called the hotel and checked their rate for that night without Travelocity and it was 76.54 without tax. So I then called our rude Travelocity foreigners named Anthony and Peter (yes I laughed at the names too) and they were no help. You can barely understand them but what you could was the run around. I will never use Travelocity again, I will be sure to tell everyone I speak to not to use Travelocity they are a scam...
