ATM Transaction Dispute Outside Time Frame After Months of Delays

I have CONSTANTLY received the run around from this company!!! I disputed an atm transaction on 05/30 and Netspend has requested 2 police reports on 06/05 and 06/20 which I have supplied numerously. I have been checking the status of my dispute for the past 2 MONTHS and have received their "timeframe" policy repeatedly just to be told now in JULY that I'm outside of the time frame. I submitted my initial dispute letter way back in MAY but since they gave me the run around for 3 months Now I'm outside the time frame!!! I am suing them and I advise people to never use their service! Yea, its nice to get paid 3 days prior but its not worth someone stealing your money and you'll never get it back!!!
