I received a text that said I charge for $300.00 was being held for a transaction that was going to post. I immediately called Netspend, (mind you that no one in the customer service can do anything but read from a script). Anyhow, they said they had to wait till the company actually took the money, in order for us to start a dispute, which seemed completely idiotic, especially if they had the power to stop the transaction at that level. So we started the dispute, and 2 months later, we got a letter stating that no error had been made. This was a complete lie, because we didn't know the company that took the money, and never authorized it. $300 is allot of money to just throw away, and they treated it like it was nothing.
