Netspend
Netspend is holding my SS payment and does not pay 2 days early as advertised. They have not released my SS payment as ther are supposed to do

I signed up for Netspend to get early access to my S.S. Disability payments which arrive on the 3rd of the month. When I signed up last November, they advertised that you could get your money up to 3 days early by using their service. The early pay worked fine for 2 months. After not receiving my money early, I checked their web site, and their early pay policy has been changed to 2 days from 3 days without any customer notification. Now they have changed the early payouts again, and they are not releasing any money 2 days early as promised on their web site. As of 2-1 there has been no S.S. Payment posted to my account, and there is NO explanation, or information as to WHEN the payment will be posted. I have already changed my direct deposit back to my bank checking account.
