I went to the site of sunaiservice.com and thought I was getting assistance with a faulty tv set. Clicked on the first item for technical support, posted my question, and paid $29. The site indicated that an "appointment" would be made for dealing with my question. However, no appointment was shown on the screen, not was there ever any answer to my question. Later, in going back to sinai.com, I realized that HelpMe.com was only a link; however, that information was difficult to read because of the dark background on the page. Still have received no answer—not even "We don't deal in TV sets"— and today discovered that my card has been charged twice! Have twice called the phone number shown on my bank records, only to be disconnected the first time, and asked to leave my name, e-mail address, and phone number the second time. The call was made at 5:10 P.M. EDT; so should have been received during business hours in MO, which is shown as the location of the phone #.
