I was seeking advice from the manufacturer of one of my business equipment and found helpme.com. I was still under the impression I was emailing the manufacturer but was not. I learned after I was build that Helpme.com does not have any dealings with my equipment. I was informed via their instructions that my card information would be on hold until I am completely satisfied with my answer, but was charge without hearing from helpme.com.

Also, they did not provide any way for their customer to contact them except via a mailing address. I found this company to not not have integrity nor or they honest about their service.
