Do not order from them!

I ordered a bracelet from web site beyondtherack.com 3 weeks ago and still didn't get my order: (very upset, because its suppose to be a gift for my friend.
When i contact customer service they said it takes up to 2-3 weeks to get and order, where they shipping it from? China??? So basically when you order something from BTR they dont even have your stuff, they order it form China and than ship it to you! That's why it take 2-3 weeks... Who wants to wait that long!!! And didn't even get my order yet (very dissapaonted with them... No gonna order anything form BTR!!! Never!!
