Canceled Wall Art Order Shipped Anyway and Return Refused

Hi everyone, I'd like to share my experience with Beyond the Rack. I ordered wall art (two paintings) from Beyond the Rack before Christmas and the shipping was 2-3 business days. I called them on the second day after I ordered and asked them to cancel my order. The representative said okay, we canceled your order, but they didn't, and after New Year I received a package from them with the wall art that I had canceled.

I called them and they told me that I cannot return wall art and that they don't have notes that I called and canceled my order. The Beyond the Rack representative told me to wait for an email from them because they had to think about what they can do here, and no one ever sent me an email, no one ever called me from Beyond the Rack, and now I cannot get my money back, I cannot return it to them, and I would never order from them again.
