Didn't get China... Or refund. Now, can't reach them

I ordered $578 worth of Lenox china in April. When I called two weeks after placing the order, they said it would take four weeks. When I began calling after four weeks, the voicemail box for customer service was "full" and not accepting messages. The email for customer service bounced back as undeliverable.

I have filed complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's office, PayPal (which processed the payment from my bank account), the Better Business Bureau and I'm in the process of filing with the Matthews, NC, police. I wish I had seen complaint before I placed the order. Now, I have no china and no money. I want a refund, but they have been totally unresponsive. My next step will be to contact a lawyer.
