The shipping terms stated "An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is received."

I ordered WELL over a month ago.

I have not received an email from Beyond the Rack or FedEx regarding my order.

I have not received a response to any of the three emails sent to customer service, so their customer service clearly sucks.

I have not received the order at all.

It took 4 weeks for a tracking number to surface, even with that the arrival date has changed 3 times.

It has been "in transit" for 8 hours now. "In transit" means on it's way to destination, it is not going to show up. I called Fedex, long story short, they don't really have record of it, it may or may not show.

Again, no response from customer service, may have to take it up with my bank...
