I asked the representative I signed up with what the moving cost were because I was looking to move in 3 months which I informed her of. She told me it was free. I moved to find out I was facing a $100 charge. I tried talking to a manager about how it wasn't fair for me to be punished for her not giving me the correct information. The manager told me that the representative was not "obligated" to tell me about those fees, that it is free but under certain circumstances such as having direcTV for a year. I said well I made it clear I was moving in 3 months why wouldn't she tell me that it was free with conditions or tell me about the fees since I was directly asking. All the manager kept telling me was "ma'am we are not obligated to tell you about those fees" The manager then got extremely rude with me and just tried to get me off the phone. I hate direcTV's customer service, I hate their prices. If I could do it all over again I would NEVER have put myself in a two year contract only to be treated like dirt and get lied to. I will always tell anyone thinking of getting direcTV NOT to for their own good.
