Bad customer service

Terrible customer service!!! Supposed to fix my washer today. Called and cancelled at 11am. I was told that today was a guranteed date. Parts are here. I've taken off from work. Sears has already cashed my check. Now they want me to wait another week. Terrible! Not to mention they were just here in march and said they fixed it then. Unfortunately my home warranty doesn't use another company. Beware people, use another company if possible.
