Sears washer repair service - Kenmore

My home warranty company assigned Sears to repair my washer. It was leakinf slightly. The Sears Serv. Rep came out, Said I needed a part. I then had to wait 11 more days for the next available appt. The rep return and worked on the washer. He said it was repaired. Happiness!!! This was shortlived. I washed clothes, The washer leaked worst than before. Now I have 2 problems. Water all over and inside ny brand new floor, Now I am unable to clean my clothes. I called my home warranty com. Sears has to return to fix ttheir mistake. I now have to wait 2 more weeks for the next appt. How can such a rCompany expect someone to be so inconvenienced. I do have a job and it is not to wait for Sears 3 times. I should not have to repair my new floor because of Sear's mistake. I called Sears. The only thing they do is document your problem, I will never buy another Seqars product again!!!
