I have never experienced the customer service hell and lack of follow through that I did with sears. I hve asked repeatedly to talk to a quality supervisor no one will talk to you appointments changed without notification repairs not made as asked refusal to solve any issues all dne with a I don't give a dam attitude. The only efficient part of the process was when I demanded to cancell my warranty contract and return the money because I would never use them for anything again. That they did quickly. I have a feeling they are doing a lot of that. Any consumer should avoid them at all costs.
