Autopay Discount Promised but First Bill Showed No Discount

I am not happy at all with services and they are misleading customers. My initial bill was $39.99/ month and they told me to sign up for auto bill pay and you will get discount which I did. When I got my first bill which it shows $39.99 without any discount. I called their customer services and I talked to their supervisor and all what they are explaining is lies to cover up their fraud. I don't recommend Direct TV services to anyone.
