What a Suprise, COMCAST SUCKS!

So there I was going about my business when I open my mail for the day and see a bill for 220 dollars from Comcast! I was stunned as this was a $100 increase from our current bill. We immediately called them and after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, I got the most disrespectful "customer service" rep I have ever spoken to. I asked her why my bill was so high and she informed me that my introductory period was expired and that we were now on the regular rate. I asked her why I wasn't given a heads up as a courtesy and she said that they are not required to do that. Now, I am a military member and am frequently deployed and sometimes I forget mundane details like that. I then asked her if there was any way that she could help me out and she said with anger and sass in her voice that she could down grade my service. I was very upset by this point, so I said fine just let me keep the internet as I don't really need the bundle anyway. The internet alone is as much as what I was paying for the bundle!!! After I expressed my displeasure with her service, she HUNG UP ON ME and cancelled my service without a confirmation or anything! So, we had to call back and find out what happened... 3 hours and 5 transfers later we find out that she cancelled EVERYTHING!!! After getting THAT straightened out, we think that every thing is o., k. But the next day all of a sudden, the DVR on my main tv mysteriously stops working, no sound or picture. Amazing!!! I am currently trying out Clear 4G in home internet. If it works, I am ditching Comcast FOREVER and I don't care if the performance is a little slow!!!
