Rip-off! They made up a false bill so they wouldn't have to pay what they owed me

They owed me money for a job that I did for them and when I fax a bill up to them they sent me a bill for something that happen over 4 months ago. This is just there way of not paying for a job they are nothing but liars their and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them.
