We were very close to becoming a victim of Victor's games as well. I have been trying to contact him about setting up an appointment to meet the bulldog puppy (of which we had already named due to our excitement) and he has not responded. I am just shocked and disappointed with the actions of VICTOR CHEMERISOV's and am truly grateful for having seen this web site before I offered him any money. Yahoo should be ashamed - this is something that should have been stopped long ago. Thank you to all of those who posted the scam reports, you have saved us much heartache and many regrets!
