Medical Waste Not Picked Up

We moved our office 3-30 to a stor-all until our new facility was completed in May. I have been charged formedical waste pick up after 3-30, and also for an OSHA iconsulting service that they said we requested. I have written many, many letters, emails and had phone calls asking them to prove the pick up service and my request for OSHA services, that is ignored. However, I have to put up with collection agencies calling my office and when I explain they need to prove the services were performed, they response back it "You mean you are having such money problems you cant pay this bill?" This company is a scam and there needs to be a class action lawsuit against them. Enough is Enough!
