Stericycle in Albuquerque, NM rips off customers

I have had dealings with this business for several years. They continuously over charge customers and add things to your contract that you haven't even asked for. They get away with it because there aren't many choices in Albuquerque when it comes to medical waste disposal. When you call to complain, they don't even care. Today they tried to add a "drug disposal pickup" 1 time a year for a cost of 30.00 a month which comes to 360.00 for 1 pickup. He never did explain what the additional 46.71 a month was for that he added to our contract. We pay 247.29 tax, a month for 1 pick up of a medium sized box of low level medical waste. You have to constantly watch what they send you because they send out contracts for your signature with additions that you didn't even know about. If you can find a way to avoid this company it is in the best interest of your pocketbook. I am currently under a 36 month contract with them or I would change tomorrow. That was another surprise. We had asked for a 1 yr contract
