Dumpster and pickup commitments missed after eight calls

I requested service on May 2. They committed to deliver the dumpster on May 3rd, did not occur, they committed to pick up trash on Mondays which has not occurred to date. I have called the call center 8 times, and yet to have Waste Management meet the verbal or contractual commitments. They sent a bill, and contained a charge for $42.36, which they could not explain. If you have an option, I would use someone else!
