Just Answer is a computer help line that advertises if they don' fix you problem you don't have to pay. I bought a new laptop and they couldn't help me as it was flawed so I took it back and got another. I emailed them to say the problem had not been fixed but they still charged me $46. I thought OK - at least they tried and let it go but another $46 appeared on my next credit card statement as well. I have only contacted them once so I feel scammed.
