Close to my Heart has been horrible to deal with. Two times in the month of December their shipping company FedEx decided delivering my shipments to neighbors was no big deal. When I contacted CTMH about this their response was the same both times "we've had far fewer complaints."

Decided after this last time I was done and resigned. Now I'm hearing it will take a week for the money from this missing shipment to be refunded. My next stop is the BBB and I'm filing a complaint against them and then one against FedEx.

Do yourself a huge favor and do not deal with CTMH. Go with Creative Memories or Stampin' Up. Don't give Close to my Heart your hard-earned money, they don't care.
