Beyond Irritated

I am disgusted with FedEx. To make a long story short, I ordered a textbook from Amazon.com and chose Priority Overnight as my shipping method. After looking at the tracking online, they claimed to have left the package at my front door, but it wasn't there. I checked with neighbors and looked around my house several times to be sure I wasn't missing it. After three phone calls to Customer Service they continued to tell me there was nothing more than can do but try to contact the driver. So, I m without my textbook and was charged $25 for Priority Shipping and have nothing. I'm glad Amazon refunded my money for the shipping. Let's hope I can still get my book!
