Textbook Marked Delivered but Never Arrived, Priority Overnight

I am disgusted with FedEx. To make a long story short, I ordered a textbook from Amazon.com and chose Priority Overnight as my shipping method. After looking at the tracking online, I saw they claimed to have left the package at my front door, but it was not there. I checked with neighbors and looked around my house several times to be sure I was not missing it.

After three phone calls to Customer Service, they continued to tell me there was nothing more they could do but try to contact the driver. So I am without my textbook, I was charged $25 for Priority Shipping, and I have nothing. I am glad Amazon refunded my money for the shipping. Let's hope I can still get my book!
