Samsung TV Stuck in San Leandro, Still Undelivered Dec 21

On Black Friday, I ordered a Samsung Smart TV and was proud of myself for getting such a great deal. At least it would have been a great deal if FedEx was not involved. According to the tracking log, it was shipped by Buydig.com on November 27 and arrived in San Leandro, CA on the morning of December 3. I live 20 miles away and no one has attempted to call me or deliver the TV. It is now December 21 and the tracking system still says it is in San Leandro, CA awaiting delivery.
Amazingly, the customer service people at FedEx do not care and said I need to have the seller ship me another one since it must be lost. Absolutely zero satisfaction with them. Now I will NOT have the TV in time for Christmas AND prices are $80 to $150 higher than I paid for the TV. The people at Buydig.com are working with Samsung to try to get me another TV at the same price (they do not stock that model any more). At least there are some people out there who actually care. Unfortunately, NOT FedEx.
