AMERICAN complaint review

The name on my card which I've had for many years, says " AMERICAN EXPRESS ". It is totaly disgusting to call and we, who are your customers, are transferred off to some foreign country. A lot more mistakes are being made during the past few years. When I have requested to speak to an AMERICAN, I'm told that they have no way to transfer my call so I'll have to place the call again... Why is this??? Why do FAXED complaints go overseas?

Okay, so American Express is telling their customers, "If you don't like it, take your business to a different credit card company"???
