Lied About the Vacuum Shampoo

Old manager already lied about the vacuum shampoo. Nothing in the apt. He already helped me in their maintenance room and storage. I talked with old manager, she lied then run to Scott who clean the carpet often when old manager was not at the office time. Old manager tried to ask me 125 dollars carpet cleaning from their vacuum shampoo hid in the storage. And other new manager, she told me 40 dollars carpet cleaning. Two different story reason money at point they must buy the vaccum shampoo they will not fraud and without info to hud. Gov adm. They will make a false info about 125 dollars cleaning or exchange money order in process they should buy the DoctorRug vaccum than big vaccum shampoo to save money budget in deficit time. I am deaf person. Both fired or they moved other apts. They took their vaccum shampoo not us in our apts. They will check the maintenance room and storage in all if they have vaccum shampoo then lied.
