My experience with Tmobile has been horrible. I've been with your company since I recently purchased the My Touch II which is my fourth purchased phone by your company that doesn't work. I have a shared plan and their My Touch II phone isn't working either. Also, I've been calling customer service all day today and being on hold for hours isn't a good look either! I am very strongly looking to switch servicers due to tmobiles unreliable staff and service. Their service was terrible, no one could help me, nor did they listen to the full situation at hand. Also they switched me from department to department and no one is capale of helping me with my concerns. I have been pleasent with tmoblie customer service but feel like I'm being ignored to a company in which I have invested a great sum of money.
