It's been several months if not over a year now that my parents keep getting charged $14.06 from their bank account. I don't recall if it's weekly or monthly or just randomly. I believe this happened when I tried down loading a software for registry cleaning. The 866 number keeps popping up on their bank statements they get monthly.
