I purchased an IPOD Touch for my 8 yr old son in January of at the time of purchase the salesman asked if I would also like to purchase the extended service plan. I specifically asked what this covered and was told absolutely everything, including a broken screen. Recently the screen craked I contacted the service plan and was told it covers everything but that. I contacted the store where item was purchased (amherst, NY) and basically was told there was nothing they could do. Never addressing the fact that their employee gave wrong information. The staff kept telling me the computer would not allow them to do anything!!! Since when does a computer take over for human intervention and Customer Service. I am waiting for the GM Manager of store to get back to me. I will never shop at a Target store again.
