I purchased a IPOD Touch from Sam's Club and purchased the replacement / service plan just in case something happened. My screen started getting dark and never lit up again. I called the service line to send it in and the customer service was great. I waited 5 weeks to get the IPOD Touch returned and NOT fixed!!! The note attached stated that it had corrosion in it and the replacement / service plan does not cover that!!! I was so pissed and called and complained and was told that there was nothing that could be done about the matter. So I basically wasted $360 plus dollars on nothing!!!
