When I received the product it had another person's name on it. When I called the person I was told it was for me, they made the mistake and put the person's name on it. I told them I don't want it. She stated it had not be used. I told them I don't want it due to I was not sure. I was told that I needed to send it back. So now I have to pay for the return and not have the product for Christmas. Which is not fair nor right!
