Biggest Rippoff and rudest employee

I recdeived three packages from Innovative Health Fullfillment in the mail. I didn't even open the packages because I did not want to use their product. I wrote return to sender on the outside of the package and stuck it back in my mailbox.
The person who delivers my mail did not take the package and then I looked up this company and found their customer service email. I explained to them I did not want their product, had not even opened the package and wanted to cancel the order. They gave me a rma# and told me to send the package back. Before I put the unopened packages into another package and returned them, I decided to go to the post office and try again to return to sender in person. I was not able to do that until Friday. Before I could get to the post offfice, I received a debit on my credit card for the full amount due. I called the company and told them this was a mistake that I had emailed them and cancelled the items and was returning everything.
The person I spoke to on the phone told me I could return it but there would be a restocking charge of 15%. I told her I wasn't going to pay that because I had never even used their product and had already cancelled. She said she didn't care if I had used it or not, that I had to pay the restocking charge. I told her I wanted to speak to the supervisor. She said it was not a supervisor issue. I explained it wasn't her decision as to what was or wasn't a supervisor issue and she hung up the phone.
Now not only have they ripped me off, they have also had me dealing with a very unprofessional employee. Everyone should be careful about who you are dealing with because apparently this company does not mind the reputation of being consumer ripoffs.
